News for April 2003

Jonathan was out for an afternoon motorcycle ride in Los Padres National Forest last month and somehow got launched off the road and down a 50 foot ravine. Jon broke his neck, back, right wrist, right hip in two places and so many ribs both lungs collapsed.

The GOOD NEWS is that he is expected to have a FULL RECOVERY. He now has a lot in common with Grand Pa as they can have 'walker' races.

Here is a picture of our cousin Elmer Keck (born 4/25/1915) and his wife Wilma.

Elmer is the current patriarch of our family. I have added a picture of his mother and my mother and two of our aunts to show a few of our forebears.
